Snaggoo by Fullcents. Fullcents is the Australian company that owns and operates the Snaggoo brand. When you order from Snaggoo, your purchase is made with Fullcents (ABN 85 878 372 269).

What will appear on my bank or card statement?

Your charge will show as SP SNAGGOO. If you see that on your statement, it is your Snaggoo order — nothing to worry about. Refunds appear the same way.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Australia and New Zealand only, with tracking on every order. We are not able to deliver to any other country at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Free shipping to Australia and New Zealand — most orders arrive within 6–15 business days. You'll receive tracking within 48 hours of dispatch. We ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

What is your returns policy?

We back every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days in its original, unused condition — you arrange and pay for the return postage yourself, and we refund the full price you paid for the item.
