1. About these terms

This website is operated by Fullcents (ABN 85 878 372 269), trading as Snaggoo ("we", "us", "our"), of Office 3430, Ground Floor, 470 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to order.

3. Products, pricing, availability

We describe products as accurately as we can; colours and details may vary on screen. Prices are in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders — if we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or unavailability.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Charges appear on your statement as "SP SNAGGOO".

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

7. Your consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under that law. Where we may limit liability, it is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price paid.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation or security, or misuse our content, branding, or images.

9. Intellectual property

All content — text, images, logos, and the Snaggoo brand — is owned by or licensed to Fullcents and protected by law. Don't reproduce it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
