Free shipping, with tracking

Every Snaggoo order ships free, with tracking so you can follow your parcel the whole way. You'll receive your tracking details within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.

Where we ship

We ship to Australia and New Zealand only. We are not able to deliver to any other country at this time.

Processing time

We prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as we can. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery times

Australia & New Zealand: most orders arrive within 6–15 business days, with tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier and customs handling, especially during busy periods.

Duties and taxes

The price you pay at checkout is the full price of your order. We do not add duties or taxes on top for delivery within Australia or New Zealand. In the rare event a carrier ever asks you for an additional charge, contact us at support@snaggoo.com and we will make it right.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or missed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order seems delayed, email support@snaggoo.com with your order number and we'll chase it up with the carrier.
